Application Process Flow

1. Apply to AADSAS
2. AADSAS assigns each applicant a number
3. Complete the UNC School of Dentistry Online Application using your AADSAS number.
4. Print The following two forms:
• Waiver
• Honor Code Forms
5. Print one of the following forms if you are claiming NC residency:
• Lived in NC three or more years.
• Lived in NC fewer than three years.
6. Mail the completed forms along with the application fee of $78 to:
