Mission

1. To develop guidelines for mentoring junior faculty through the promotion and tenure processes.
   
2. To host an open forum twice a year with junior faculty to discuss and address questions about promotion, tenure, and mentorship.
   
3. To coordinate and sponsor external speakers and forums that address teaching, scholarship, and service.
   
4. To serve as a resource to department chairs with the mentoring process of junior faculty
