Registration

By Mail: Complete and print the on-line registration form with the names of all participants for each course and enclose a check for the full fee in U.S. currency (only) for each course. Make checks payable to UNC School of Dentistry.

When registering for multiple courses please complete a separate registration form for each course. Be sure to use the on-line registration form with the appropriate course information for each courses.
