Allied Dental Education Programs

Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene (BSDH)

Admissions Information

Student selection is based on scholastic standing and a demonstrated interest in dental hygiene as a career.

The applicant is required to submit a completed Dental Hygiene Admissions supplemental application and provide three letters of recommendation to the Dental Hygiene Admissions Committee. The Dental Hygiene Admissions supplemental application and letters of recommendation should be sent to:

APPLICATION DEADLINE

The effective deadline for transfer applications is January 15 for fall enrollment. Applications received after this date will be considered until the class is filled. Intra-University applicants should also adhere to this application schedule.

  • At least one course must be Historical Analysis (HS). 
  • *SOCI 101 or 111 will meet one of these requirements.
  • This course can be either SS or HS
