The Division of Allied Dental Education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry offers a twenty-two month graduate program leading to a Master of Science degree in Dental Hygiene Education. The Graduate School of the University confers the degree. The program is designed to prepare students for careers in teaching, administration, research and management, specifically in dental hygiene.
