This page is a list current instructional materials including Video Tapes and Computer Teaching Programs for Levels I-IV Growth and Development. These are designed for use in the predoctoral teaching program at the University of North Carolina, useful also to support postdoctoral.

Processing an order takes approximately 3 weeks. At the time of shipment you will receive a statement for the amount due which will include Federal Express charges. Please send a check or money order (sorry, we are not able to process credit card charges) to:

Video materials are produced in 1/2" VHS format (other formats available on request). Please indicate if you need conversion to PAL or SECAM to accommodate your viewing equipment, translation to other formats is $50 per unit.

Pricing and discount information:
Outside the US: before placing your order, please consult with your customs officials to be sure that there are no restrictions on importing audio-visual materials, and do whatever necessary to insure delivery. Any customs, charges, tariffs or duties will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Site License, $100 for Video Tapes, $150 for CTP’s - Allows for extra copies for use at same institution and installation of computer programs on multiple computers, not for resale)
Discount for quantity purchases: 5-9 units, less 5%
10 or more units, less 10%
Level I in entirety with site license privileges, self-tests, complete syllabus and sample unit tests may be purchased in a bundle for $4,050. (10 CD ROMS with all computer programs, self tests, 2 copies of each video) Level II purchase price is $3,500.
