-For the Course pages this would be the: Course Description, Course Objectives, Course Policies, Textbooks, and Examinations sections. Not Course Session dates or titles.
-For the Session pages this would be anything located below the gray box: Objectives, Reading List, Handouts, Outline/Notes and Electronic Resources.
1. Place files in the J:/Share/SYLLABUS_MATERIALS folder OR bring the materials on a CD or Zip disk to Amy Williams in Trailer #2. Do not email files.
2. Provide all of the following in an email to Amy Williams:
    - Course number (dent214, dh63, OBIO234, etc.)
    - Session date (01-06-2004)
    - Does any exisiting links for Handouts, Outlines or Electronic Resources remain? (if applicable)
    - If you placed files in the J:/Share/SYLLABUS_MATERIALS folder, include the name of the file(s) in the email.

Note: The J:/Share/SYLLABUS_MATERIALS folder is a temporary holding space. Files will be deleted once posted to the syllabus. Do not place original files in this folder.
