Welcome to the General and Oral Health Center (GO Health Center). Our clinic is located in 2040 Old Dental Building at the UNC School of Dentistry. We are currently conducting a variety of clinical studies that seek to understand the connection between gum disease and other diseases of the body such as heart disease, kidney disease and diabetes. The staff of the GO Health Center is a highly dedicated and caring team of dental professionals devoted to excellence in patient care. We specialize in managing patients with medical problems and periodontal disease.

The GO Health Center is the clinical research facility of The University of North Carolina Comprehensive Center for Inflammatory Disorders (CCID), the Center for Oral and Systemic Diseases (COSD), and a component of the General Clinical Research Center (GCRC).
