School of Dentistry Assists Flood Victims
Employees and students at the UNC School of Dentistry have joined forces with Lowe's Food Store at Cole Park Plaza and Brinley Grading Company of Cary to assist eastern North Carolina flood victims. The school collected over $1,100 to purchase personal hygiene products and water to be delivered to the Food Bank today. The school and Lowe's divided the cost of 3,000 gallons of bottled water and Brinley Grading Company provided a truck to transport the needed goods to the Food Bank in Raleigh. Susan Williams in the Dental Faculty Practice organized the effort.
