Guckes Named to ISO Committee

Albert Guckes, associate professor in the department of prosthodontics, has been named chairman of the implants section committee (ISO/TC 106/SC8) of the dentistry subcommittee for the International Organization for Standardization. IS0 is an international but non-governmental organization that develops worldwide standards. It is comprised of a standardization body from each country with the American National Standards Institute serving as the US representative.
