Associates Day 2000

Sixty practitioners and students gathered at the Friday Center, Oct. 7, 2000 to learn more about associateships. Dean John Stamm and Randy Fussell '90, president of the UNC Dental Alumni Association, welcomed the group. Ann Griffin, president of Practicon, Inc., presented "Associateships as a Practice Option" which discussed the associateship relationship from the prospective of both the practitioner and the student. The program was the sponsored by the UNC Dental Alumni Association. Associates Day began in 1999 as the result of requests from alumni who wanted to meet students who were interested in associateships.
