Preceptors' Day

The Seventh Annual Preceptor Thank You Day was held Friday May 11, 2001. The event was created in 1995 by Eugene Sandler, professor in dental ecology, and supported by Dean John Stamm to show appreciation to all the preceptors who work with dental students during their summer DISC Rotations. One hundred seventy-five preceptors attended a continuing education program and a barbecue lunch. It was a wonderful opportunity for the dentist, dental hygienist, and dental assistants to network.
