Registration for Associates Day has begun. Invitations have been sent toAlumni and 3rd and 4th year dental students. Practitioners who are seeking an associate for their office will have the opportunity to meet School of Dentistry students who are interested in an associateship at Associates Day, Sept. 29, 2001 at the Friday Center. This annual event, hosted by the UNC Dental Alumni Association, allows third and fourth year students and practitioners to meet informally to discuss associateship options. Dr. Robert Willis' morning presentation will clarify the expectations of the practitioner and the associate. A panel of practitioners from throughout the state will discuss practice in small and large communities. Students and practitioners will have time for one-on-one discussions at lunch and during the afternoon session. Enrollment is limited to 48 students and 48 practitioners. Alumni and students who have not received their invitation for registration can call the Alumni Office at 919-966-4563.
