JONI BURKE RECEIVES FAYE WATKINS SCHOLARSHIP

Dental assisting student Joni Burke received the Faye Watkins Scholarship. Established 1991 by the Durham-Orange Dental Assisting Society, the $300 scholarship is awarded annually to a dental assisting student who demonstrates both scholastic merit and financial need. She plans to work in a local private dental practice after graduation.
