Wilder Receives Colgate/IADR Oral Health Research Award
Rebecca Wilder, associate professor and director of dental hygiene education
in the department of dental ecology received the Colgate/IADR Oral Health
Research Award during the IADR meeting in San Diego, Calif. The award recognizes
a body of meritorious research by a member of the IADR Oral Health Research
Group in the area of oral health. Recipients have to provide supporting
evidence that original research was conducted and that the work resulted
in scientific, peer-reviewed publications. Wilder received a cash award
of $2000.
