Rebeca Wilder Receives Award for Excellence in Dental Hygiene

Rebecca Wilder, RDH, MS, associate professor of dental ecology, has been selected as one of six national recipients of the 2002 Pfizer/ADHA (Pfizer Consumer Healthcare and the American Dental Hygienists' Association) Award for Excellence in Dental Hygiene. The award program recognizes individual dental hygienists who have made outstanding accomplishments that impact the practice and future of the dental hygiene profession. The award is considered one of the most prestigious forms of national recognition. Wilder will receive a cash award of $2,500 and be provided travel expenses to the upcoming 2002 ADHA annual session in Beverly Hills, Calif. where winners will be honored at a special annual session awards luncheon.
