Shamik Vakil, Class of 2008,
was recently elected to the office of American Student Dental Association
Trustee representing District 4 at the ASDA Annual Session in Houston,
Texas. Regional Trustees serve the association as members of the Board of
Trustees, which oversees all association activities, approves the annual
budget, and manages all financial matters of the association. Additionally,
Regional Trustees are responsible for supporting all chapters within their
given district.
