Payments

Payment for Services

It is the School's policy that payment for dental care will be made at the time the service is provided.

Insurance Reimbursement

Patients with dental insurance are required to pay the School and receive reimbursement from their carrier.

  • Insurance Payments Made to Insured (Patient): The School does not accept payment directly from insurance companies. While the School will assist in filing insurance claims, patients are required to pay the School in full at the time of service.

  • Insurance Disputes: Any disagreement with the insurance company does not relieve a patient of the responsibility of payment for all services rendered.

Payment Methods

Payment may be made by cash, check, MasterCard and Visa. There is a $20 fee for returned checks.

Medicaid Eligibility Card/Co-Payments

Patients who are covered by Medicaid must bring their Medicaid eligibility card to all visits and must be prepared to pay the co-payment at each visit. If eligibility is lost, the School must be notified immediately.
