Dismissal Policy
It is critical that patients appear for appointments when they are scheduled. Broken and canceled appointments jeopardize patient care and interfere with student educational progress.

Patients are expected to give at least 24-hours notice if they cannot keep an appointment.
Individuals who repeatedly cancel or fail to be present for appointments may be dismissed from the Student Dental Clinic Programs. Written warning will be mailed to the patient in the event that a dismissal is imminent. Patient dismissals are made in writing.
