The CCID members conduct research on the underlying mechanisms of inflammation and on the relationship between inflammation and systemic medical conditions.
The CCID faculty focus their investigations around the basic mechanisms of inflammation, the causes and progression of periodontal disease, as well as other inflammatory disorders.
CCID takes pride in its efforts to provide the most up-to-date training opportunities and seminars as well as resources to aid in the treatment of patients and the development of new therapies.
