UNC-SOD Committee Limited English Proficiency

The UNC School of Dentistry recognizes that a growing number of patients in our area are non-native English speakers. In an effort to address the problems of communication and access to care with these patients, the school has created a task force of faculty members who are diligently working to improve dental healthcare in the immigrant community.
